Project Brief
The Provider Data Catalog (PDC) is a fundamental redesign of the former data.medicare.gov website. Developed using an open-source data platform, PDC is designed to provide users with detailed CMS data with which one can explore and manipulate using web-based tools or freely download datasets for offline processing.
My Role
From the prototype that won the contract to the present production site, I lead the design and front-end development of PDC. I’m responsible for designing new features using Sketch, writing user stories in JIRA, and subsequently coding my own designs using React and Sass.
